Dan Kough
President Event Marketing
Prior to forming Paradigm Shift Worldwide in 1999 with partners Wendy Moodie and Terry Merkle, Dan Kough broke new ground in the area of event marketing by creating scores of successful, media-generating events as the head of Publicity Event Marketing for Buena Vista Home Entertainment Worldwide, a division of the Walt Disney Company.
As Paradigm's principal spokesperson, Kough has been interviewed as an authority in the field of event marketing by major print and electronic outlets including CNN FN, Bloomberg Television and Daily Variety.
In his role as the primary liaison between Paradigm Shift Worldwide and client marketing and/or publicity departments, Kough acts as executive producer on all Paradigm Shift Worldwide events. His responsibilities include the creating of product-specific event marketing concepts, generating event publicity strategies, overseeing event design, logistics, on-site media management, and original live entertainment.

Wendy Moodie
President Production & Technical Operations
Wendy Moodie, a seasoned veteran in event production, brings over 20 years of experience to Paradigm Shift Worldwide. She has technically produced hundreds of high-profile events across the country for entertainment giants, including Universal, Warner Brothers, Sony, Disney, and Dream Works.
Prior to joining Paradigm Shift Worldwide, Moodie was the Technical Director for Disney Fest Asia, a multi-million dollar touring show featured throughout Asia, developed by Walt Disney Entertainment. Before joining WDE, she was Manager of Show Production for Entertainment Lighting Services for five years. Moodie's extensive knowledge of technical production is superior and she enjoys "doing the impossible."
Her current responsibilities include overseeing our production management teams on all technical event elements including lighting, audio, rigging, staging, video, show control systems and scenic constructions, as well as negotiating and executing all contracts with venues, vendors, and sub-contractors.

Teresa Merkle
President Finance & Operations
Teresa Merkle brings a wealth of knowledge in operational logistics and financial leadership, having chalked up over 14 years in live concert and theater management at major Los Angeles venues, including: the Pantages Theater, Wilshire Theater and the Ahmanson Theater. During an eight-year stint as Theater Manager for the Nederlander's flagship property, the Greek Theater in Los Angeles, Merkle developed outstanding budgeting, security and crowd control, and logistic skills.
Her vast experience in developing departmental operating budgets and setting fiscal guidelines for Nederlander, the Center Theatre Group, and Disney Theatrical Productions maker her uniquely qualified to manage client budgets to ensure they get the most for their money.
Along with client budget management, Merkle's responsibilities include security, insurance, legal, union, and overall event logistics.
