300 DVD Launch

This massive event, winner of the 2008 Silver Ex Award by Event Marketer Magazine for Best Press Event took place during the largest comic convention in the world…Comic-Con.  Production of the 600+ person event was no easy task, as Paradigm transformed a ballpark into the ancient fantasy world of 300.  The entrance to the party featured a “living arrival,” as guests rode an escalator into the party, flanked by scores of muscle-bound Spartans in costume.  The event interior was swathed in scarlet fabric and included a series of custom stages, featuring writhing female dancers in period costume.  Persian tents provided seating areas and long, rough hewn tables were used for dining.  A giant, custom dance floor was backed by a custom screen, which played a variety of “live mix” video imagery from the film to provide a stunning backdrop.
